I just wanted to say thank you for everything you've done for me, for the car. You were honest and very helpful throughout the whole process, and it was a pleasure doing business with you! I appreciate that you guys lent me a car while mine was being fixed ( I really enjoyed that satellite radio), and the gift basket is great! It was well worth the wait. I spent quite a bit of time just sitting in the car, admiring it, in my garage last night.

Our car seems to be running great now and we are very happy with it. It was a bit of a bumpy road and I realize much was out of your control; however what was in your control was provided - great service, and you clearly went above and beyond. Arranging for the tow truck to take the car to Ottawa, meeting Sonia at the dealership on a Sunday, waiting with her until I could get there, getting the problem fixed no questions asked and arranging for a rental were all very much appreciated.
 
Both Sonia and I feel that the service Myers has provided has been excellent and we have already told many of our friends and associates in Ottawa. We certainly will have no hesitation in recommending people come visit you and will do so often as we know they will be in superb hands.
